Rotary Airlock Valves

Avail from us an efficient range of Rotary Airlock Valves that is also referred as Rotary Air Feeder and is extremely used for dust discharge device. It is better than gravity operated Double Flap Valve as it gives continuous discharge and has a better air tightness. While discharging dust, the valve prevents gas leakage through the inlet opening. This valve consists of a cast or fabricated housing that is provided with a rotor and a shaft. The fins of the rotor are welded to the shaft. The volume of rotor is determined by the empty space between the two fins. On each rotation, dust that is held in the pocket is discharged. And depending on the applications, material of constructions are decided whether cast iron mild steel fabrication should be used or stainless steel.
