Using the heavy duty 100/150/200 ISMC steel with a steel blade, hard steel, or S.S, the value frame is constructed. We can achieve actuation of Slide Gate Valve in many ways; pneumatically for fast action, manually for slow movement, hydraulically for power and electrically for precise positioning. When handling granular products, a molded urethane inlet liner provides an ideal blade seal. Moreover, while handling fine dusty material, additional frame seals should be used. These valves are basically used for stopping and controlling the flow of abrasive slurries.
